2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Double Magnum (3 liter) Napa Valley

Our 2023 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon again this vintage, hails from some of our favorite appellations in the Napa Valley.  It is a blend of St. Helena, Oakville, Coombsville and a touch of Yountville (from the Sleeping Lady Vineyard).  We love how dark, robust and serious this vintage is. The mild growing season makes for a delineated and precise style.  This wine will easily age gracefully and gradually for decades.  It reminds all at once of the Napa Valley cabernets from 2013, 2016 and 2018.

"Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a blend of St. Helena, Oakville, and Coombsville and aged 22 months in 65% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a beautiful, classic wine that does everything right. Cassis, redcurrants, spicy wood, and dried flower notes all shine in the aromatics, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a pure, seamless mouthfeel, beautiful tannins, and a great finish. Drink 2025-2040."
