The 2023 Oakville Station Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sporting a deep garnet-purple color, it needs a little shaking to wake up notes of blackcurrant cordial, wild blueberries, and red currants, giving way to hints of Indian spices, graphite, and lavender oil. Full-bodied, the palate delivers exhilarating tension with very fine-grained tannins to support the bright black, blue, and red fruit layers, finishing long and fragrant. Gorgeous!

Aged 22 months in 75% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Station reveals red plums, darker fruits, spicy wood, and some beautiful Oakville iron and graphite notes in its aromatics. It's full-bodied, has a pure, seamless mouthfeel, and shows the elegance of the vintage with ripe tannins and outstanding length. Hide bottles for 4-5 years if you can, and it's going to see its 20th birthday in fine form. Drink 2030-2045.

Our labels incorporate patterns and textures that occur in nature.  This one demonstrates the golden hills of California and the graceful movement of the native grasses when they dry and transform from green to pale yellow.
